Sunshine today

72º here in Clarinda, IA at 10:53 am as I start this on Sunday - forecast of 79º for high -- bright sunshine.

Coffee after church this morning
 Beth & Steve left for Omaha Saturday morning after a brunch here at our place.  Got about a half inch of rain during that time in the morning.  Sun came out, though, and I was able to mow the lawn about 4 pm.  Don and Bessie Runyan from Gravette, Arkansas stopped by for a visit around 4:30 pm.

A sad note -- this is all that is left of the 100 lbs. of sweet onions we
brought home from the Rio Grande Valley.  You, or at least I, eat them like apples.
