Thanksgiving day 2022

Hard to believe, but it is 62º with rain here in Kenwood RV at 10:15 am on Friday.

This is what greeted us as we left the Rec Hall just before 1 pm yesterday after enjoying our Thanksgiving dinner with about 43 other residents of Kenwood RV Park.  It had been just over 10 days since we had seen the sun.

Had lots of food and enjoyed time with friends and new friends--several new to the park this year.

However, we heard rain through the night and now forecast is to rain most of today.  Sun tomorrow?

Our 10-day forecast for here in the Valley.

Pictures here and below taken by Richard Pozzebon.

I took this picture and those below,

Lady at left & man across from her are from Winterset, IA
Man at right is from Harlan, IA

Jean, lady at left will be 96 years old in March.
Lady beside her is from Ohio.

Enjoyed facetime with our Son & Daughter-in-law in Marengo, IA yesterday afternoon, along with their kids & grandkids.

Hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving with family and/or friends.

More later, LC
