Saturday in San Diego

You have to be on Facebook to view this video, but it is interesting BIG DOG
Is about 11:30 am local time in San Diego, CA at cousin Karen Miles.

Breakfast this morning.  Karen Miles with grandson Cameron Miles.  He was hurrying because he had to go to work at 10:00 am.  He works in a store in a strip-mall UBreak-IFix where he works on cell phones, tablets, etc.
When we left the Rio Grande Valley in Texas 3 weeks ago the gas prices were anywhere from $2.15 to $2.39.  Here on the Left Coast regular gas is $3.76 per gallon.

Walking in the mist this Saturday morning, walking the dog, Cleo

Area in front of Karen's house.  What green area that is on this street-side of the house is plastic grass as Karen said it gets so hot in the summer and they have been on water restrictions so can't water natural grass, so the artificial turf solved watering and mowing problems.

Karen took us, on Friday, to her church.  In the photo below you can see several towers where ash interment boxes are.  Both Cousin Kent and his son Jeff have their ashes there.

Walked around "Old Town" San Diego and ate lunch at an outdoor restaurant.  Just about the time the cold front came through and the sun disappeared and temperature dropped from in the 70's to in the 50's.  A noticeable difference.

One area had hundreds of plants.  I have, maybe, 20 photos of the different ones.  Beautiful.

Lots of photos of Kent in the house

Waiting on cousins Barb and Louise driving from the north and Tom nearby for cousin get-together this afternoon.
