Another busy week in the Valley

45º with a "feel like" of 39º at 11:30 am on Saturday.  Has rained the last several days with temperature falling from 83º on Wednesday to 39º late that afternoon and has been cold and rainy ever since.

Last Wednesday Phyllis' cousin Jan Frey and her husband, Lynn, who are staying in their 5th wheel at Llano Grande RV in Mercedes, came to our place and picked up us and Patty and drove to South Padre Island.  Had Lunch at Blackbeard's Restaurant and then spent time at the Turtle Rescue place there on the island.
