Choir get-together and still digitizing old photos

96º with a "feel like" of 103º in La Feria, TX - where we are not.  78º with a "feel like" of 82º here in Clarinda, IA where we are at 11 am Monday.
Phil Tornholm sent me this picture of myself

Sunday evening we were part of a gathering of most of the Methodist Church Choir at our leader Linda Naven's place.  She discussed some times and things going on with the services soon and said she would be playing for and directing not only our choir but the Westminster Presbyterian church this winter.  Discussed having joint practices, etc.
Part of the choir group

Linda discussing with Phil her new smart phone.

Snacks were enjoyed by all.
Many cars at Linda's

Lots of discussion

And even more discussion
Planning for and preparing the trailer to head to State Center, IA this weekend for a week at our Kenwood RV Park get together.

Will put in a few family photos from the ones I have been digitizing -- many from the 1990's, all have identifying stuff written on them:

GROANER’S CORNER:(( A Few More Words of Wily Wisdom Tonight:::
We all want progress, but if you're on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive. - C.S. Lewis
- We are often most in the dark when we are the most certain, and most enlightened when we are the most confused.
- We don't have the time or money to do it right, but we'll have time and money to do it over again.
- We need either less corruption or more chance to participate in it.
- We totally deny the allegations, and we are trying to identify the allegators.
- We sometimes get all the information, but we refuse to get the message.
- We're making progress. Things are getting worse at a slower rate.  We've always done it that way!
- Wet manure is slippery.

Maybe later, Lynn

  1. It is something like re-creating an image a pattern with the help of digitizing software and then it is saved as a embroidery machine code. The essential and first step towards embroidery digitizing is the embroidery software. image digitizer

"Paint" by numbers - on the smartphone

Recent weeks I got into several apps of paint by numbers and Phyllis also picked up on it.  Our phones are tied together, so saved pictures...
