Fixed some

steaks and dear

sausage on the 

grill the other day.

Last week we got to see one of our favoritist
groups - The GoldWing Express at Kenwood.
Only 2 brothers were on this last show for them
this year.

We went with them to Cheddaars Scratch Restaurant
after packiing up.  Amie and Paul, along with Steve,
had friends from Corpus Christi with them.

We had helped them unload and set up for their
performance and then take down the equipment
and load it in their trailer afterwards.

Dennis Bush on the right, with his wife Telle in the
center.  Dennis has been siinging with the barbershop
chorus Men & Women of A-Chord for nearly 30 years.

Nearly 40 of us met at the Pasta Co in McAllen, Texas this Monday.  We honored Dennis Bush, who sings in our Lead Section, who has been in the chorus since 1997 or 1998.  Before that he was in choruses in several other Texas locations and was in many that sang in contests on a national level.  He and his wife are moving to a Care Facility in Austin to be near a daughter.  Dennis is failing healthwise.
