A "cold front" coming to the Rio Grand Valley

 61º here in Kenwood RV in La Feria, TX at 2:15 pm Saturday.  Was 71 degrees all through the night and we had windows open overnight. Is to be 29 degrees tomorrow morning.  This is a small part of the big cold and snow/ice going through most of the country north of us.  Predicted low for Sunday is 29º, Monday 31º and Tuesday low is 47º.  Well, I stepped away from the computer--is now 5:10 pm and temperature is 46º.  Click on any photos to enlarge

Last Thursday a "Happy Hour" was held at trailer

that used to be Sumners.  Is now owned by two

of Pam Elwanger's sisters.

On the previous Thursday Lauri Koss hosted the

happy hour in the reck hall.

I put up several flyers in the entrance to the
La Feria Cafe

Wednesday evening we went to another concert
in McAllen.

I recorded the Audio and will listen to it when

driving the pickkup.  A lot of 1950's through

the 80's music.

Jared after the conceert.  He played some ragtime in his program
 and Phyllis asked him if he was familiar with Adam Swanson
from Shenandoah who performs in many of the Glenn Miller
Festivals, but he didn't.

They had this supper last night.  I have
been suffering with the IBS thing and
didn't go but had good turnout
