Eerie times

79º with mostly sunny skies now at 2:35 pm Thursday.

With the rec hall closed down for groups on the RHP (Owners) order account the Coronavirus scare, we, with the help of Bill Van Onen, went to the rec hall and got 4 tables and then picked up some of the quilting supplies from the storage shed and brought them back to our place.  Got out our folding chairs and borrowed folding chairs from next door neighbors Harold and LaRhoda Neher, and set up for the quilters.

With Bill and Lola going around the park, notifying the ladies, a good sized crew showed up and they worked the morning.

I have missed many mornings of exercise lately, and now, with the hall closed at least during office hours, guess they won't be having them the rest of the month.
GROANER'S CORNER:(( A vacationer called a seaside hotel to ask its location. "It's only a stone's throw from the beach," he was told.  "But how will I recognize it?" asked the man.  Came the reply: "It's the one with all the broken windows." ----------------------- “A cannibal once took my sister to see a Russell Crowe movie?”  “Gladiator?” “No, I really miss her.” ------------------------ One morning the phone rang at 3:00 a.m. in Jeff's house. He picked up the phone and a woman asked, "Is this 555-1111?"  "No, this is 555-1112." Jeff replied.  "Oh, I'm so sorry for disturbing you." The woman said.  "That's alright," Jeff said. "I had to get up to answer the phone anyway." =================

Looked at getting a couple of these for a skit later on.
