Last of February for this year

77º with high humidity - to get to 83º today.

Yesterday was the 3-Park Party with Kenwood RV joining Snow to Sun and Casa De Valle with nearly 600 people at a city park in Weslaco, TX..

First time they tried this and since it took nearly 2 hours to serve the Pulled Pork or Brisket with either cole slaw or potato salad and water, I am wondering if they will do it again..  Sitting outside, with many in the sun, waiting for their table to be called made several say they would not come back if it was tried again.  Phyllis worked all day there, helping get tables, etc. set up in the morning, checking people in from our park, and helping where she could, etc., etc.

Part of the never-ending food line.
I did manage to win a $5 gift card from Dollar General by being first up to show I had a flashlight on me.

Here are the exercises we do every morning at 8 am.  You can go to HERE  to watch the video and exercise with it.

Took Patty to the airport Tuesday morning.  She had more than a 3 hour wait in Houston for the last flight to Kansas City.  Got in there after 7 pm instead of around 4:30 pm.  Was very cold, especially compared to the 70's we had been having here.

Tuesday we had a short joint practice with the Sweet Adelines
for our Next-Saturday joint concert.

Photo taken 2-23-19 of all celebrating 50 years or more of marriage.
Going to Meet & Greet in a bit where Nebraska people will tell about their state.  They bought Runza sandwiches last fall and froze them before coming down and will serve them as a product of Nebraska.  We have the boat ride from South Padre Island west to Brownsville and  back tomorrow, dress rehearsal practice for me and the Barbershop group with the Sweet Adelines in San Juan tomorrow night, the concert there Saturday afternoon and another concert in McAllen on Sunday.  Oh, and have a yard sale here in the park Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

Later, Lynn
