This photo was taken of us in October of 1962, not long after we started dating. We met at CE School of Commerce in Omaha, Nebraska. I came the 200+ miles east from the edge of the Nebraska Sand-hills and she came north-west the 80 miles from southwest Iowa.
As you can see, we have changed little from our wedding day March 10, 1963 at the Church of God in Shambaugh, Iowa.
She has Red-Hat luncheon at noon and I am going out with the Red-Hat bachelors.
Will probably go out this evening, but haven't decided where. She works most of the day at the office today, other than the Choir Practice at 10:00 am and the break for the Red-Hat thingy.
Yesterday she took a break from the office to work with the Share & Care group making quilts and then at 11:30 took a break from that and we went shopping for the food for Saturday morning's breakfast at the Rec Hall and some other supplies. Before heading back to Kenwood we ate at Panda Express (Click Here for website) Always enjoy their food.
Above photos are from last night at the Rec Hall playing Bean-Bag Baseball. Had a nice turnout considering all the people who have left the park.
On Wednesday evening we went to Butch Geisking's home for Pegs & Jokers.
