At 25th Wahoo Music Festival

82º with "feel like" of 84º here in Wahoo, Nebraska at 11:40 am Thursday.

Humidity was down last couple days, but is rising today.

Got here at the Saunders County Fairgrounds in Wahoo, NE Tuesday before lunch.  Got a spot with shade from trees (until afternoon at least) with electricity and water.  Gas is high price (now using E85 which is $2.69 at Coop in Clarinda) but the "motel" cost of $18 per night more than offsets the rather poor mileage while pulling the trailer.

Will be here until Sunday morning.

Enjoyed the outdoors a bit after lunch.

Tuesday evening there
were several showed
up on Stage #2 for
jamming.

Wednesday we volunteered to help out at the "Winter Texan" gathering.  We were assigned to hand out the door prizes (there were also drawings for the $ tickets and later a $100 winner for the 50/50 drawing.

Mary Channer Paul sat near our table with her daughter Molly Magill and Molly's two kids.  They are quite active.

Johnny Bullet, an acquaintance from many years ago of the Kenaston's, came from England and performed quite well on the banjo.

Last night, Wednesday, the Kenaston's performed with the quite talented Justin Trevino from Brady, Texas.  They also had many of the attending musicians come up.

Lots of those attending last night danced.

Roger Kenaston, who is rather rotund, wore a T-shirt proclaiming "I beat anorexia".

More music starting at 1 pm today.

More later, Lum

"Paint" by numbers - on the smartphone

Recent weeks I got into several apps of paint by numbers and Phyllis also picked up on it.  Our phones are tied together, so saved pictures...
