In San Angelo, TX

46 degrees at 9:15 am here in San Anglo, TX.  Rained pretty hard in middle of night.

We left Kenwood just before 8 am Thursday, after spending the night in the trailer.  Turned out we didn't see anything that we missed packing for the inside of the trailer, but later found several things that I missed for setting up the trailer.  Went to a hardware store here and got a few items.
Driving Thursday over the relative flat-land and into the Hill Country of Texas.  Deviated a little from the route and stopped for a while in Bandera for lunch and a little walk-around.
Saw lots of Blue Bonnets, though they were hard
to photograph.  Also, lots of Musk Thistles among them.

Phyllis found a nice blouse on sale here.

Camped along a river at Ingram, TX

Got set up at a KOA in San Angelo, TX and then went to the Bluegrass Festival that is on Friday and Saturday.

Hillbilly Fever

Kody Norris Show

One of the bands,  Concho Grass, a group from
the local area.  The Concho River
runs through San Angelo.
The Baker Family

Ate supper there - good stew and good loaded potato.
I uploaded some videos of lastnight's show - Google "lycamiles you tube".
Getting ready to head back to the Pavilion - about 12 miles from the RV Park.  More later, Lynn
