Warm day - before a cool down on Saturday evening.

77º here in La Feria, TX at 9:23 am Friday as I start this - predicted high of 87º.  Predicted high Sunday is 77º with predicted lows both Saturday and Sunday of 55º.

Finished putting screening over all of the newer roof at the gutter.

Got the boards I painted  Wednesday on
the ceiling yesterday

Been trying to put 5 miles or so on the trike each
day.  Got in 5 miles yesterday - this 2 miles this morning.

This was in this week's Winter Texan Times.

I get to have things like this.  Used it to top a lettuce salad.

Contractors are finishing the wall in the upper area that has
never been done in the last 25 years.

Shows how it will be finished around the stage and storage
area.  It is planned to finished the ceiling  next summer.

GROANER'S CORNER:((  Little Johnny's preschool class went on a field trip to the fire station. The firefighter giving the presentation held up a smoke detector and asked the class: "Does anyone know what this is?"  Little Johnny's hand shot up and the firefighter called on him.
Little Johnny replied: "That's how Mommy knows supper is ready!"

A new girl called Carly came to Jimmy's school.  Jimmy really fancied her, but was already going out with Lorraine.  Some time later he heard that Lorraine's family were emigrating.  On her leaving day he went to see her off.  On his way home, he was singing to himself: "I can see Carly now Lorraine has gone.''
